Adult Nutrition Counseling

Your first session is all about getting to know you as a whole person—your medical and nutrition history, lifestyle, daily routines, mental and social factors, family history, and how these pieces influence your health and goals. Instead of trying to change everything at once, we’ll choose up to three SMART goals together each session so your plan feels realistic and manageable. Support may include meal planning, tracking protein, carbohydrates, fiber or other nutrition targets, Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) monitoring, and a direct text line for questions between visits.

Most clients start with sessions every 1–2 weeks while we build routines, troubleshoot barriers, and find what works best for you. Once you have a solid plan and feel confident in your routines, appointments typically transition to monthly or as-needed follow-ups. The goal is sustainable change that fits your real life—not a temporary diet.
