Insurance & Rates Using Insurance

I believe nutrition care should be accessible and affordable whenever possible.  I am in-network with many major insurance plans, and many clients have little to no out-of-pocket cost for nutrition counseling.

How It Works

Schedule Your Appointment

Use the online booking link to request your appointment.

If you plan to use insurance, you will be asked to upload photos of:

  • The front of your insurance card

  • The back of your insurance card

Benefits Verification

After your appointment is scheduled, my benefits team will verify your insurance coverage.

This process typically takes up to 3 business days.

Review Your Estimated Coverage

Once benefits are verified, you will receive a summary of your estimated coverage and any anticipated out-of-pocket costs before your appointment.

Please note:

  • Benefit verification is an estimate only.

  • Insurance companies make the final determination of coverage.

  • Patient responsibility is not guaranteed until claims are processed.

$200 Per Session

What's included:

  • 60-minute appointment
  • Personalized nutrition counseling
  • Customized meal planning when appropriate
  • Review of lab work and medical history
  • Goal setting and action planning
  • Body Composition and Metabolic Analysis (when appropriate)
  • Care coordination with your healthcare team (with your written permission), including communication with your physician, therapist, specialist, speech therapist, or other providers to ensure your care is aligned.

HSA & FSA

HSA and FSA funds can typically be used for nutrition counseling services.

Please check with your plan administrator regarding your specific benefits and eligibility requirements.

Questions About Coverage?

Insurance can be confusing.

You do not have to figure it out alone.

If you have questions about:

  • Insurance coverage

  • Estimated costs

  • Self-pay options

  • HSA/FSA payments

I am happy to help.
